KINALTEK TECHNOLOGY
Modular. 25+ Metals
The Kinaltek technology uses a modular process for production of metal powders, metal alloys powders and metal-coated powders and is capable of producing metallic systems based on more than 25 different metals, including Silicon, Silver, Iron, Nickel, Chromium, Cobalt, Tantalum, Tungsten, Molybdenum, Tin, Antimony, Vanadium, Aluminium, Niobium…
International Patents
The technology is covered by seven international patents/patent applications and several of our applications have already been granted in the US, Japan and Europe.
The technology is one-step low-cost approach, wherein low-cost precursor chemicals are directly reduced at low temperatures to produce metal/metal alloy powders or pigments, and therefore is capable of reducing production cost by up to 90% for a large number of products.
The Kinaltek technology is environmentally friendly with minimal use of energy and mostly recyclable by-products.
The technology is suitable for producing an extensive range of metallic powders at a fraction of current production cost. Examples include one-step production of Silicon nanoparticles and Si-carbon composites, metal alloy powders, in addition to metal-based catalysts and coated powders and flakes (metallic pigments).
